Production Supervisor Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Supervisor to lead our production team. The successful candidate will have effective coaching and leadership skills, be able to motivate team members to work together towards common goals, and ensure that production lines are cleaned according to set Master Sanitation Schedule. Additionally, they will possess a full understanding of customer service philosophy and procedures, be able to read and write English, and use a keyboard, calculator, and demonstrate telephone etiquette.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of production lines.
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
