Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Baker/Prep Cook to join our Syracuse team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread and desserts, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and bake a range of goods, following standardized recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain the consistent quality and presentation of baked products to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Complete all assigned prep work and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and product presentations.
  • Assist other cooks, prep, dish, and smokehouse as needed.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of related experience required.
  • Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment.
  • Capacity to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on high and low shelves.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak and follow written and verbal communications.

  • Competitive pay at $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.
