- Promptly responding to customer inquiries, ensuring follow-up within a 10-minute timeframe.
- Documenting customer issues, initiating service tickets, and collaborating with Technicians and the Operations Manager to assign tasks appropriately.
- Effectively communicating vehicle diagnostics, repair suggestions, and providing regular updates to customers.
- Following up with customers to confirm their service and repair needs are fully addressed.
- Aiming to consistently meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Coordinating the ordering of necessary parts.
- Performing additional duties as required.
