Key Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recycling, and restocking supplies.
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
  • Fill in during staff shortages.
  • Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
  • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe and efficient use.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.
