Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HMO and PPO differences
  • Ability to determine Medi-Cal HMO patients requires authorization
  • Ability to read insurance cards and input correct payer information
  • Knowledge of Military Insurance programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
