Physical Therapist II

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team at Coronado Hospital. As a Physical Therapist II, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, modalities, and manual therapy, to patients to help them reach their maximum performance and level of functioning.
- Participate in operational aspects of the department, including performance improvement activities and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program.
- 2 years of experience in all aspects of physical therapy.
- California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - CA Physical Therapy Board.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association.
