Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sharp HealthCare. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates patients to determine the extent of their functional limitations and develops a plan of care to help them reach their maximum performance and level of functioning.
- Administers physical therapy modalities of treatment, such as exercises, stretches, and other interventions, as prescribed by a licensed physician.
- Participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department, and participates in CQI activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program.
- 2 Years Experience in all aspects of physical therapy.
- California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - CA Physical Therapy Board -REQUIRED.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED.
