Little Caesars Restaurant Manager

The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in driving restaurant success by assisting the General Manager in establishing and maintaining Little Caesars' customer satisfaction goals. This individual will oversee and be accountable for the operation of a restaurant, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and operating cost and shrinkage management.
Key Responsibilities- Treat customers with respect and courtesy, providing quick and friendly service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and solid product knowledge.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new Associates to perform tasks.
- Supervise Associates, including rewarding and coaching, and maintain an understanding of the company's food preparation guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer issues and control shrink expenses and labor.
- Monitor competition activities and report results, sharing information with the supervisor.
- Be available to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations.
- Process information and product through the computer system and POS register system.
- Operate and use all necessary equipment to run the restaurant.
- Follow all Little Caesars programs and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, policies, and procedures.
- Act as Niemann Foods' representative within the restaurant and community.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures, serving as a safety role model.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Three to six months related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, and extreme temperatures from freezers and ovens. Moderate noise levels are expected.
