Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Indiana University. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the operations of concession stands, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of multiple concession stands, ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe environment.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control inventory, ensuring that all concession stands are fully stocked and that waste is minimized.
• Ensure that all concession stands are clean and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
