About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros. You will inspire and motivate the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets, meeting or exceeding established KPIs. You will also lead and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
Responsibilities- Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
- Inspire and motivate the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.

- Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Management experience and wireless or related experience are preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, are required.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, monthly performance-based bonus, and commission.
