Operational Buyer Job Description: Advanced Staffing Inc. is searching for a talented Operational Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless interactions between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your primary duties will include creating and maintaining supplier relationships, generating purchase orders, resolving supplier-related issues, and optimizing procurement processes. You will also be responsible for handling invoicing and delivery problems, maintaining supplier catalogs, and improving procurement procedures.

Salary: $32.00 to $42.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • • Create and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Generate purchase orders and process payments to suppliers
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and concerns through effective communication and negotiation
  • Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and procurement activities


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferably with SCM or Procurement as major), and relevant certifications (CIPS, ISM, etc.) are required.
