About the Role

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a Sales Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation plans are aligned with business strategies
  • Communicate compensation plans and results to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales compensation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field (finance, business, mathematics, statistics)
