Sales Compensation Manager

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a Sales Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation plans are aligned with business strategies
- Communicate compensation plans and results to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales compensation or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- BA/BS in a quantitative field (finance, business, mathematics, statistics)
