We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team in Palo Alto. As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals.

Salary and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of $42-$64 per session, as well as $17.80 per hour for non-session work. You'll also be eligible for additional incentive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Job Description- Administer fitness evaluations, orientations, stretching, and personal training sessions to meet our members' unique needs and goals.
- Establish and maintain a personal training client base according to company standards, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering personalized attention and responding promptly to member inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products, ensuring seamless integration and promotion to our members.
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
- CPR/AED certification.
- 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess honesty and personal integrity.
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
- Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
