Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our telecommunications projects. As a key player in one of the fastest-growing sectors, you will be responsible for managing crew operations and ensuring project completion with the highest standards of safety and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear communication and guidance to team members.
  • Implement effective strategies to ensure timely job completion.
  • Perform operational duties as needed, including equipment operation.
  • Set daily production targets and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Monitor safety protocols and conduct weekly safety meetings.
  • Prepare and submit required reports accurately.
  • Establish safety perimeters and manage traffic control when necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction field.
  • Telecommunications experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret utility maps and blueprints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using locators for utility identification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google applications is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires physical stamina, including:

  • Climbing, lifting, and carrying weights up to 100 lbs.
  • Performing tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and operating machinery.
