Position Summary:

The Construction Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational capabilities, a thorough understanding of construction practices, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct construction projects, effectively managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Evaluate project plans, drawings, and contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Track project progress, monitor expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the job site.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold quality standards and project timelines.
  • Work closely with the team to address challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers through effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Supervisor.

  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
