Strategic Employer Brand Manager

The successful candidate will have experience in client services, project management, or employer branding, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Career Site Performance: Oversee the optimization and performance of career sites, ensuring alignment with employer brand strategies.
- Employer Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain consistent employer brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective project management and timely delivery of solutions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, and other tools to inform employer branding strategies.
- SWOT Analyses: Conduct SWOT analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
