Epsilon is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Development Representative with a background in Data Sales, Marketing Agencies, or MarTech/SaaS sales to become a vital part of our Business Development team. In this position, you will receive training from industry experts and contribute to a company renowned for its leadership in modern marketing.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate with the Unified Sales Team to address both business and technical challenges faced by potential clients. Your role will involve identifying and understanding customer objectives and hurdles, positioning Epsilon's marketing solutions as the optimal choice. You will create tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase customer value while managing a diverse range of professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach via calls and emails.
  • Assess customer needs and requirements, aligning them with Epsilon's offerings.
  • Conduct research on accounts, pinpointing key stakeholders and generating interest.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to further develop and close qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow your prospect database within your designated territory.
  • Work with internal partners to create networking opportunities.
  • Engage with targeted accounts and upsell clients where appropriate.
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Subject Matter Experts, and Account Managers to formulate strategic sales approaches.
  • Ensure effective follow-up by collaborating with Sales Directors, providing necessary information and action items.
  • Manage inbound, unsolicited prospect inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Address and overcome objections from prospective customers to resolve their business challenges.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000.
