About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Worldwide Product Marketing team to support iPhone and iPhone accessories. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and strategy for our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and launching new technologies and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hardware engineering, software engineering, and design teams to define product roadmap and strategy
  • Negotiate and influence product trade-offs impacting schedule and usability to improve user experience and consumer differentiation
  • Understand product technologies several layers deep and communicate them clearly with knowledgeable insight
  • Launch and drive momentum for new technologies and features in conjunction with marketing communications, corporate communications, events, and developer relations teams
  • Serve as an ambassador for iPhone and Accessories technologies through press briefings and customer visits
  • Position iPhone in the competitive landscape and craft compelling messaging to encourage customer adoption and drive business growth
  • Research and synthesize technology trends, competitive trends, and user feedback to identify new product and technology opportunities
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in product marketing and/or product management roles, including at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch
  • Proven record working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the smartphones and smartphone accessory technology domains
  • Best-in-class oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to lead through influence, debate, and storytelling
  • Press and media experience with success as a product spokesperson on a national or global level
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with creative and critical thinking abilities
