Job Summary
This Cognitive Rehabilitation Assistant position is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services to individuals with brain injuries or cognitive impairments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to innovative patient care approaches.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each patient
- Administer daily care activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing to support patient recovery
- Record patient progress and care plan updates to inform ongoing treatment strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services
- Develop educational materials and resources for patient caregivers to facilitate smooth transitions between hospital and home environments

Education and Experience
- Associates degree in Behavioral sciences required
- Relevant patient care experience (2-3 years) or equivalent education/experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and think creatively required
- Familiarity with relevant patient care technologies and software preferred
