We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to become part of our Accommodation Services Team at our facility in Sylvania. A genuine passion for aged care is essential for success in this position. We offer a nurturing and enjoyable work atmosphere equipped with modern amenities and the necessary tools to excel in your role.

Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday mornings.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Understanding of Infection Control protocols.
  • Efficiently set up cleaning trolleys.
  • Thoroughly clean residents' rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records.
  • Flexibility to assist with the cleaning and food services team as needed.
  • Possession of a valid working visa.
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Up-to-date Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Full availability is required.
