Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Planning: Identify and develop effective marketing strategies to reach middle-market clients.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Prospect and network for new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are being met.
- Financial Solutions and Sales: Effectively sell insurance and investment solutions to clients, and provide tailored advice to meet their individual needs.
- Business Development and Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong community relationships to cultivate and strengthen our presence in target markets.
- Client Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Education and Certifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Obtain and hold State Life and Health license prior to hire, and obtain and hold the FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 within one year of employment.
- Computer Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, and working knowledge of internet and email.
- Personal Qualities: High level of integrity, strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and relationship skills, effective communication skills, and ability to analyze client needs and understand financial products.
