Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer questions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 months of cashiering experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
