Dental Hygienist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Management Recruiters International. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough oral exams and assessments to identify patients' oral health needs
  • Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures to maintain patients' oral health
  • Administer fluoride treatments and take X-rays as necessary to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care methods to promote long-term oral health
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in patient records to ensure seamless communication among team members
  • Collaborate with dentists and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding results
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working in general dentistry, with a focus on routine hygiene duties
  • Ability to perform scaling and root planning, FMDs, probing, Arestin application, and taking digital X-rays with precision and accuracy
  • Online charting experience is a plus, but not required
