Job Title: Dental Hygienist - Temporary Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive oral exams and assessments, performing dental cleanings and scaling procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough oral exams and assessments to identify patient needs
  • Perform routine hygiene duties, including scaling and root planning, FMDs, probing, and Arestin application
  • Administer fluoride treatments and take digital X-rays as needed
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in patient records
  • Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working in general dentistry
  • Ability to perform routine hygiene duties, including scaling and root planning, FMDs, probing, and Arestin application
  • Online charting experience is a plus but not required
