We are currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist to enhance our dynamic technical service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of x-ray screening systems at client sites.
  • Configure and evaluate Windows-based control systems.
  • Support troubleshooting of production equipment, both on-site and remotely.
  • Travel extensively to client locations to deliver essential service and support.
  • Manage travel arrangements to fulfill job assignments efficiently.
  • Document all expenses using a company-issued credit card.
  • Generate comprehensive service reports utilizing CRM software.
  • Maintain accurate test procedures and documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as required while in the field.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with x-ray technology.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and using electronic testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Experience with standard hand and power tools.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the United States.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a full-time position requiring domestic travel within the United States, typically involving four days on the road during the work week, with weekends spent at home.
