This role focuses on executing tasks that uphold the accuracy of operational productivity and auditing records.
Responsibilities include maintaining user databases and providing technical support for all Labor Management applications.HOURS:
Tuesday-Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 9am-7pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate and distribute daily gap tracking and attendance reports.
2. Investigate and rectify reprocessing discrepancies, associate gap time, and system issues.
3. Conduct manual entry of daily supply chain figures.
4. Perform manual entry of auditing data.
5. Oversee user permissions and configurations in Labor Management applications (Manhattan, Lucas, Dematic, and Tableau).
6. Collaborate with the HR team and staffing agencies for the setup of new hire profiles.
7. Manage the fulfillment of physical gift cards, including processing and shipping orders. Maintain gift card inventory and supplies, working with mailroom and procurement teams as necessary.
8. Execute additional tasks as assigned.
