As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment, machinery, and facilities. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and supporting our mission to help student borrowers repay their education loans and promote access in higher education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment and machinery
  • Complete facilities-related work orders for all Trellis team members and contractors
  • Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Ensure that all maintenance is completed in a safe and timely manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
