Job Description

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, direct hire opportunity with full company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Quality Programs: Establish and elaborate the SQF/HARPC program documentation, collect necessary information, write procedures covering GMPs, HARPC, and other pre-requisite programs.
  • Monitor and Verify Quality Control: Review all Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring and verification records to ensure compliance with HACCP critical limits and frequencies.
  • Lead Quality Initiatives: Conduct SQF/HARPC team meetings, required HARPC reviews, and analyze processes to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Manage customer complaints, follow inspections/audits, write action plans, coordinate non-compliance reports, and request corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Participate and contribute to the efforts of the Quality Control & Assurance team to ensure the success of tasks and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the food industry and similar functions.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of hygienic and security rules applied to the food industry.
  • MUST have SQF background.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year.
