About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Children:** Assist in supervising children during breaks from structured educational activities, providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.
  • Engaging Children:** Engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities during break periods, promoting social skills, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Safety and Well-being:** Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, identifying and reporting any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Fostering a Positive Environment:** Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth, encouraging children to develop their interests and talents.
  • Collaboration:** Collaborate with the educational staff to implement planned activities and support the overall educational goals of the program.

Requirements:

  • Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Work Ethic:** A strong work ethic and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in this role.
  • Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and children.
