**Restaurant Operations Leadership Role**

At Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., our Restaurant Operations Managers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support and ensure that our restaurants operate within our established guidelines, while meeting and exceeding sales and profitability objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that company policies and brand equity standards are upheld.
  • Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Hire, train, and develop new hourly team members.
  • Boost sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
  • Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation.
  • Ensure food quality and availability.
  • Prepare and present hourly team member reviews.
  • Oversee and supervise all beverage purchasing.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the General Manager on time.

**Preferred/Required Experience:**

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
  • Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions, and have strong menu knowledge.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks, with a certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Passion for the business and compassion for people.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Ability to create a fun environment in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
  • Typically works under general supervision and reports to a General Manager.
