We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk II to join our Marketing and Web Services team at Monroe Community College. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for various marketing campaigns, assist with budget management, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the delivery of marketing services, including project tracking and related tasks.
- Support budget management for marketing campaigns, including requisition orders, purchase orders, and ongoing budget monitoring.
- Handle check requests, invoice payment, and vendor communication.
- Track spending and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Work with vendors to secure project estimates and provide estimates to purchasing.
- Assist with web page maintenance and minor updates.
- Create closed captioning for MCC videos.
- Perform general office duties, including scheduling meetings and ordering supplies.
- Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus either an Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from a college or university, or two years of paid full-time office clerical experience.
- Must be a Monroe County resident.
- Preferred qualifications include three years of office clerical experience, experience with BANNER or another accounting system, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
