Job Title: Database Administration Manager

Trabus Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Database Administration Manager to support the Navy's Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES). The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, gathering, refining, cataloging, and updating various maintenance programs and capabilities in the fleet in preparation for development of the modernized maintenance system(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, monitor, and reorganize databases, codes, tests, and maintains database architectures.
  • Analyze and resolve database system production problems.
  • Participate in database design and performance evaluation reviews.
  • Advises systems engineers on database coding issues.
  • Prepares system documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM or related area and 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area within DoD/Navy programs.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
  • May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
