Supervisory Responsibilities: This role includes overseeing a team of staff and volunteers, which involves assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as necessary.
Job Titles Supervised: Event Technicians, Hospitality Assistants
Collaboration: Works closely with the Director of Events, Marketing Team, and various departmental staff to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management or a related field is required. Experience in managing audio-visual setups for events is essential.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
- Proficient in managing technical equipment related to audio and visual presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive environment for both staff and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Event Coordination: Responsible for the setup and breakdown of audio-visual equipment, ensuring that all technical needs are met for events.
Collaboration: Work with the event planning team to understand the requirements for each event and ensure that all technical aspects align with the overall vision.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to maintain high standards of service and technical support.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and operation of all audio-visual equipment, ensuring that it is in optimal working condition.
Budget Management: Assist in developing budget proposals for equipment upgrades and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
