We are in search of a Brand Marketing Coordinator who can support our team from the ground up and guide them towards exceptional achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire knowledge of marketing and branding strategies by participating in team meetings and reviewing monthly performance reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Become proficient in the sales database and local market dynamics to enhance brand visibility.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy Coordination, Sales, Promotions, Branding, or Advertising is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, including experience in sports, academic, or business settings.
  • Ability to engage easily with others while maintaining an approachable attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success.
  • Comfortable interacting with consumers, clients, and team members.
  • A desire for continuous improvement and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of absorbing and executing clear coaching and training methods.
  • A commitment to developing ethical and professional standards.
