  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Manage the diagnosing of causes of failures and performs corrective or preventive actions to avoid subsequent failures
  • Manage performance to identify areas of opportunity for efficiency and growth with modern technologies
  • Establish and deliver reporting for services regarding performance, health, and capacity to the business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 8-12 years of related work experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with security, monitoring, and performance response
  • Experience with disaster recovery and high availability support
  • Ability to direct others and lead work
  • Ability to be on-call may be requested to work after hours
  • Understanding of monitoring and auditing tools
  • Presentation skills for status of projects and state for regular leadership updates
