Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Denco Family Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move heavy equipment and supplies.
