Lopez Island is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Calendar Management Specialist to coordinate the calendar of one of our senior managers.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas, confirming appointments, and arranging meeting venues. They will also send out reminders of scheduled meetings, keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines, and answer scheduling queries via email and phone.

Responsibilities

  5. Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in scheduling software, such as Synchroteam and BookStream.
  • Experience in managing travel bookings and arrangements is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Computer literate.
