As a Treasury Operations Manager at Welltower, you will be instrumental in enhancing treasury functions across Welltower's Senior Housing Operating platform. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Bank Account Configuration: Design and execute strategies for organizing bank accounts to maximize cash management efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Process Optimization: Regularly assess current treasury processes and systems, pinpointing areas for enhancement and executing initiatives to boost efficiency, precision, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including finance, accounting, legal, and IT, to meet treasury goals and support broader organizational objectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks, such as cyber security, liquidity, interest rate, and counterparty risks, by establishing strong risk management frameworks and monitoring systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, particularly in bank account structuring and treasury operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with treasury management systems (TMS), property management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong grasp of cash management principles, banking products, and regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to distill complex information and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects and driving change initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Candidates must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Salary ranges may vary by location. The compensation for this role in New York City is between $130,000 and $155,000, plus bonus. Salary decisions are influenced by various factors, including market relevance and the candidate's skills, experience, and education.
