About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Associate Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving our corporate treasury strategy, leading US cash management, and providing oversight of daily treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Global Treasury teams to support treasury activities and drive strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external banks, consultants, and advisors to execute treasury strategy and optimize short-term borrowing
  • Monitor and analyze the Company's daily cash position to ensure cash commitments are met and short-term borrowing is optimized
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate payment activity
  • Oversee payable/receivable fraud prevention processes to protect the Company's assets
  • Support the Group Treasury team in preparing global cash management reports and forecasts
  • Manage and mentor our Treasury Analyst to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role
  • Drive value through strategic working capital optimization initiatives to improve the Company's financial performance
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on monthly and annual financial reporting and external audit tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of corporate finance experience, with a focus on treasury operations
  • Experience with Kyriba TMS is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
