Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Driver Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving vehicles between local sites, maintaining building and grounds at the fixed route location, and performing various maintenance tasks. If you have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and are eligible for a Commercial Drivers License with a Passenger endorsement, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
• Drives vehicles between local sites
• Maintains building and grounds at the fixed route location
• Performs maintenance tasks, including mopping, removing trash, and using floor machines
• Reports possible safety violations or issues to the safety and training manager
• Responsible for outfitting fleet with documentation and/or equipment as directed by management
• Reports any vehicle issues or leaks to the maintenance site
• Places client fliers or rider alerts on vehicles as required
• Drives, maneuvers, and parks vehicles
• May include maneuvering vehicles through the wash bay
• In instances of inclement weather, prepares the fixed route lot
• Responsible for delivery of any utilities related paperwork between the operations and maintenance sites
• Reports any maintenance issues to supervisors or management

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid state driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience and a good driving record
• Eligible for and able to obtain a Commercial Drivers License with a Passenger endorsement within 30 days of hire
• Applicants who already hold a CDL will receive preference

Preferred Qualifications
• 1 year or more of janitorial or auto detailing experience preferred

Physical Demands
• Less than 10% of work is accomplished in doors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
• Greater than 90% of work is accomplished in an open garage facility
• Performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms, repetitive hand wrist motion, and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
• May be asked to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• May be exposed to cleaning chemicals, with access to safety protective gear
