Job Summary

Lutheran Sunset Ministries is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Dietary Positions - Food Service Associate. This role is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure that our residents and guests have a variety of healthy and delicious options.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food preparation and service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
