We are seeking recent graduates with a degree in electronic technology to utilize their skills with our esteemed client. This position offers hands-on training and ample opportunities for professional development.
Position Overview:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift, 7 AM - 5 PM, with flexible hours
  • Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Test Technician, you will engage in various tasks to uphold product assembly quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting inspections, programming, calibrating, and testing subassemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Performing troubleshooting at both subassembly and product levels to identify and rectify assembly test failures.
  • Executing tasks based on oral and/or written instructions, drawings, or other manufacturing documentation.
  • Adhering to established Quality Management System (QMS) and Product Test & Inspection procedures, including completing Test Record data entry.
  • Handling materials in accordance with QMS and ESD protocols.
  • Working efficiently to meet Test Router Time Standards and contributing to the timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Maintaining job progress and effectively communicating any issues that arise.
  • Observing safety and housekeeping protocols, ensuring a clean and organized workspace (6S).
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or relevant technical degree is required.
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in a technician role within an electrical product environment.
  • Ability to read basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems and circuits (analog, digital, power supply, and high voltage) to the component level.
  • Familiarity with calibration standards and measurement & test equipment (DMMs, O-Scopes, Insulation Testers, Power Supplies, etc.) is desirable.
  • Basic soldering skills and knowledge of soldering techniques are essential.
  • Competence in using PCs and applications for data collection and reporting.
  • Comfortable working with or learning to work safely with high voltages, ranging from 1kV to 80kV, is a plus.
