The analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting our business collaborators with production cost metrics and managing expenses effectively. Furthermore, this role is instrumental in aligning Planning processes with overarching business goals and financial viability.

This position is essential for pinpointing and promoting cost efficiencies, as well as providing process leadership in both strategic planning and budget alignment, ensuring MTO meets its commitments to development partners and the HP Print business each quarter.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducts financial assessments for the business, identifies opportunities for cost reduction, investigates issues, and proposes solutions.

- Oversees Factory inventory cycle count audits in collaboration with Operations.

- Manages financial metrics related to Printhead manufacturing assembly costs, clarifying objectives and variances to Print partners.

- Facilitates process improvements, identifying areas for enhanced efficiency and organizational advancement.

- Leads the forecasting process by analyzing business trends and ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.


- Provides insights and guidance in areas such as controls, budgeting, planning, return on investment evaluations, and the formulation of comprehensive business strategies.


- Tackles complex challenges with innovative solutions, demonstrating sound judgment in selecting creative approaches and managing projects autonomously.

Education & Experience Requirements


- A four-year or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.


- Typically requires 4-7 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal auditing, accounting, or a related discipline, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
