This position is crucial for maintaining the seamless and effective functioning of Aderant Expert, collaborating closely with both the Finance and Information Systems teams to enhance and automate business workflows.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup, customization, upkeep, and advanced support of financial systems, primarily focusing on Aderant Expert and its associated applications (such as ChromeRiver, Adaptive Insights, Spotlight, and Blackline).
  • Manage the rollout of system enhancements, ensuring data integrity and security protocols are upheld.
  • Contribute to the technical and functional dimensions of financial systems initiatives, which includes evaluating existing business workflows, pinpointing key gaps, and proposing enhancements and automation strategies.
  • Guide the complete project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, planning, testing, and execution.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Information Systems and Finance teams, collaborating closely with finance professionals to directly support financial systems.
  • Create, adjust, and sustain billing templates utilizing Docudraft.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience with financial systems, applications, and databases, with a particular focus on Aderant Expert.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and relational databases, including views and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with Design Studio is advantageous.
