  • Training Material Development (20%): Contribute to the creation of training materials and support the organization and facilitation of training sessions for agency-wide initiatives.
  • Website Content Oversight (20%): Review and update content on internal web pages to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to assess the complexity of issues and refer them to the appropriate agency or program.
  • Understanding of agency, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in handling interactions with individuals in distress or confrontational situations with empathy.
  • Strong ability to engage with all stakeholders compassionately.
  • Proficient in drafting and editing complex documents.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with health and human services programs.
  • Background in public health or related fields.
  • Experience in responding to public inquiries.

Initial Selection Criteria:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum of one year in customer service coordination, report generation, editing, data management, and interagency tracking using Microsoft Office products.
