Radiologic Technologist Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of radiologic technologists, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of imaging services, including exam protocols and patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Provide training and education to radiologic technologists on new equipment, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information, staff performance, and departmental metrics.
- Ensure the maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment, including MRI, CT, and ultrasound machines.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiologic technology, with supervisory experience preferred.
- ARRT certification in radiologic technology or NMTCB certification in nuclear medicine, with advanced registry from the ARMRIT or ARRT in MRI required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies, with moderate to heavy physical efforts required.
