CT Imaging Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Imaging Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the technical aspects of CT imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of CT imaging staff, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
- Validate the quality of CT exams and final products, participating in staff training and in-service education as needed.
- Coordinate patient flow and prioritize procedures, shifting workloads as necessary to ensure optimal departmental performance.
- Ensure adequate patient care and safety, monitoring and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain processes for accurate coding and chargemaster compliance, working with physician staff to maintain up-to-date SOPs and procedural guidelines.
- Assist in departmental QA/PI activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper functioning of equipment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CT imaging.
- Leadership experience and a strong understanding of radiology department operations.
- Registration and certification in CT scanning, with advanced certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, and patients.
