Role Summary:

The Senior Chargeback Analyst is essential in managing and reconciling chargeback accounts, performing detailed variance assessments, and collaborating with various internal teams and suppliers to resolve intricate issues. This position focuses on overseeing the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio, ensuring prompt collections, and reducing write-off amounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate variance lines from suppliers and identify suitable resolutions for issues
  • Reconcile chargebacks in accordance with established protocols
  • Maintain consistent communication with suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Oversee Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for designated suppliers
  • Ensure timely collection of overdue payments and achieve aging targets set by management
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of products, supplier networks, GPOs, and trends in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and SAP/Citrix
  • Apply expertise in sales, procurement, supply chain, and inventory management
  • Utilize strong relationship and contract management skills
  • Demonstrate effective project management capabilities for cross-departmental initiatives
  • Handle challenging situations with a constructive approach
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
  • Negotiate successfully and demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities
  • Implement processes to ensure compliance with audit standards
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Intermediate Excel skills (including basic formulas and Vlookup)
