Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year (estimated annual salary: $43,000 - $65,000 based on performance).
  • Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed about sales, promotions, and store events.
  • Use our Guide Sales Process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
