Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician to join our team at Community Health Program Inc. in North Adams Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and continuing care to patients, including routine and emergency clinic care.
  • Support health promotion and preventative medicine initiatives.
  • Maintain board certification and all other required certifications, including BLS and PALS.
  • Manage patient medical records within the electronic health record system.
  • Submit patient charges in a timely manner.
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of CHP.
  • Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events.
  • Supervise colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited residency.
  • Licensing through the USMLE.
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
  • Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire.
  • Prefer previous practice experience of 3 or more years.
  • Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Subject Matter Expert: Stay current with knowledge and attend required trainings and meetings.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business implications of decisions and align work with strategic goals.
  • Teamwork: Balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team spirit.

  • Organizational skills: Follow CHP policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
